• 德国施拓高级技术知识管理公司正式冠名成立于2001年，它的前身是Schmelz电脑技术服务公司。早在90年代Schmelz公司就已经拥有了工业人工智能发展前瞻。通过近十年的发展，Schmelz公司在分子建模/QSAR, 工业人工智能，工业知识管理，生物技术与生物信息技术，信息学在工业领域的应用等方面有了长足的理论建设研究。通过整合施拓合并其分支业务，积极参与欧盟德国工业项目，目前我们拥有ths-AI-tech（AI人工智能技术品牌）和ths-BIO-tech （生物技术与生物信息品牌）两个知识技术品牌。
