Job Services
Service for Job Seekers

How it started:
In our organization, we did some quite extensive research on all aspects of people and jobs.
We talked to people that landed their dream job, to HR-departments, to head-hunters etc.
As usual in our approach to problem solving and systems thinking,
we then looked for obstacles and counter-productive mechanisms,
both inside the people themselves and in the ‚outside world‘.
And we found quite a lot of them.
How we continued:
We then systemized and categorized, thereafter developping strategies on how to individually cope with them from your perspective.
Since our research (and all the research done before by others in that field) enables us to understand your specific situations, we now are able, together with you, to find strategies and ways to get you where you want to be – both in a short-term and long-term perspective.
Why we did it – and what’s in it for you?
Because the wasting of people, of their energy and their potential
is nothing that should happen in this – more or less civilized – world and will result in a catastrophe by far larger than any climate change can ever cause. The world may very well be needing all that trashed potential in the near future.
So we set up a number of lectures, courses, bootcamps and longer trainings, in order to adress your very specific and individual situation, after having tested all of them in smaller examples, constantly adopting and refining them, to maximize their output for you.
Being able to provide you with the outside view, you will thus gain a more complete image of your situation, find new perspectives and a more detailed view of obstacles, possibilities and strategies suitable for you, your situation, your wishes and desires.
Your present situation may be:
… and there you are now, having just finished your degree and looking for a job.
You want to apply the things you learned in ‚the real world‘, eager to work in situations, where you can prove your expertise, where you can prove yourself. Because you may have something to offer as well. Something that you think of as useful, both for the organization you want to work in and for its clientel.
You want to show that there are things you can do. Maybe things just you can do. Things that may matter.
Of course you know, you still have to learn quite a lot. New things, constantly going further.
And you are willing to!
Nevertheless you also want to learn some things by doing and by putting into practice, what you have learned so far.
You may well have written dozens of applications for job offers, some of them not even answered, while others being politely and quickly denied and some more being denied after your job interview.
What about possible consequences?
You may feel increasingly miserable and frustrated, feeling rejected „if they only gave me a chance …“, you may also get angry „can’t they see that … these idiots …“, you also may get furious, angry at ‚them‘ and, even worse, angry at yourself and your close environment and ecosystem.
Caveats:
Beware of a vicious circle:
Feeling uneasy and not expecting to get the job may give the impression, you don’t really care for the job – which in turn decreases the probability of you getting it. And that in turn leads to …
Generally speaking and describing the situation:
Of course these descriptions can only be summaries and abbreviations of more specific, more complex mechanisms, yet they already may ring a bell inside of you.
And all of that maybe just because of only a few small parts missing in the mosaic, preventing you from seeing the wider picture and from taking the few steps that will enable you to set sails and follow and/or discover your path into your very personal future.
The things you can do:
Knowledge helps and thinking helps because they lead to a better understanding, and a better understanding is really helpful.
Helpful, not in accepting a situation but in finding out about its possibilities and about the ways, leading there.
And then there is the final ingredient. Which is simply luck.
As scientific research has proven for decades and beyond any reasonable doubt, luck is one of the key ingredients to success. In business, politics, in social and private life and even in individual health.
(We know this is hard to acknowledge for quite a lot of people, but it is a fact.)
And since ‚luck favours the prepared mind‘ (according to Louis Pasteur, bacteriologist, 19th century), go to prepare your mind. Learn, as early as possible, to recognise signs for changes, for favourable situations, for opportunities.
Get your mind prepared.
Then, be it as an employee and/or within a productive team, be it as someone with leadership ambitions, be it as an entrepreneur, start-up founder and/or self-employed or maybe as an artist or teacher of some kind – or even someone completely different, approach your personal future, alert but persistent and unceasingly.
The things we can do:
We assist in finding out what went and still goes wrong, on any level described above. We will assist in finding or creating strategies, suited especially for you, your situation and your wishes. We also provide you with a toolbox for everyday use. Depending on you, we may even suggest first steps into creating your very own start-up – and may be able to get you into contact with some money.
How to get to us:
Upon interest, contact us via e-mail in order to arrange for a talk, most likely on the phone or in person. For the first meeting, you should prepare for a 45 to 90-minute talk, since we may have additional questions.
Ah, and of course it’s not for free,
instead we adjust our terms and conditions to your individual situation.

You may feel useless, unwanted, and become a nuisance to yourself and your surroundings. Soon thereafter reducing your expectations, no longer hoping for success, no longer believing in the possibility of success and finally no longer believing in yourself, your abilities and their possible impact.
